How it Works
Electrolysis is performed by inserting an extremely fine probe into the hair follicle. A current is applied to the base of the follicle causing cellular destruction detaching the hair from the root, the hair is then safely removed from the follicle. Contact us to hear more about it! How Long Does it Take?

Every hair follicle is different. Each one of them cycles independently through stages of growth, resting and shedding.
We can only treat visible hairs. So you will need a series of treatments to destroy them all.
Does it Hurt?
Certain areas are more sensitive than others and everyone is different. Our machines have multiple settings for your comfort and some people find topical anesthetics helpful.
Sanitation and Sterilization Standards
This office follows the standards set forth by the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists in conjunction with the CDC. We use ONLY sterile forceps and disposable probes.
